Icon tooling

We use fontello to build the icon library.

My icon sources are

1. fonts in fontello, mostly font-awesome - usually SIL licence
2. Glyphicon halflings, which is the bootstrap license

Unusual icon sources

1. font-mfizz MIT licence, the ghost icon
