Feat: Improve create App so empty App has more user guidance

Current Behavior / Expected Behavior

ATM create-new-app just creates a very empty app, it doesn't even have a view.

This can make it hard for people to get started.

Steps ca.

• Create a basic template app - https://github.com/2sxc-dev/app-template-basic
• include in 2sxc source code
• ensure it's in the Dnn distribution
• ensure it's in the Oqtane distribution
• change create-new UI to select this option
• dev new create-app code to import this
• ...make sure the GUID is always reset
• ...make sure the app-name is changed to what the user entered
• ...make sure the app-folder is changed to what the user entered
