Pre-release Python3.12 with Tk 9.0

This pre-release provides Python 3.11.8 and Python 3.12.0 with Tk 9.0, which will be released in beta soon.

Python frameworks - v1.1.1

The assets provide frameworks for Python3.11 and Python 3.12 and Tk 8.7. The frameworks are not signed.

Python 3.11.2 with Tk 8.6.13 or Tk 8.7

This release includes two versions of the Frameworks. Both use Python 3.11.2. One uses Tk 8.6.13 and the other uses Tk 8.7.
