9.0.0+ HID Compliance

This release is mainly aimed at solving the 9.0.0 HID change issue. No major functionality changes were made.

Changelog:

• Build with newer libnx: 9.0.0+ HID works again
• Increased line buffer used in pchtxt parsing to 4096 bytes
• Added a more comprehensive message when build id is not found in pchtxt
• Added a check for Atmosphere directory
• General software stability improvements to enhance the user's experience
