WPS for performing the analysis of infrastructure networks

-run_analysis: the main function, called by the WPS (wrapper)
-Sysrel: Python module, contains functions called by the main function
-Netsim: Python module, contains functions called by the Sysrel module
-Constants: constants used by the previously mentioned modules
-geojson files for exposure in Chile, Peru and Ecuador: nodes, lines and areas
-testinputs folder. Used for testing the code locally, includes xml files of intensity measures for the different study areas.
