Latest UEFI binaries were moved to
https://snapshots.linaro.org/reference-platform/components/uefi-staging/latest/. Hence fix those in docs and also fix couple of references tobuilds.96boards.org.Signed-off-by: Manivannan Sadhasivam manivannan.sadhasivam@linaro.org
