Fault : The receiver unit for the Leader 1 Handheld/beltpack has an intermittent fault, which causes significant audio interference
Mitigation : Use Preacher/Leader2/Leader3 radio packs or Handheld1/Handheld2
Next Action : Receiver unit has been sent for servicing
