Support logging off to the character selection screen.

Currently the only way to log into the world with a different character is to restart the client.

Still need to add the movement event that gets sent to the client putting the client in the logoff animation. Hopefully this stops the sounds from continuing through to character selection screen.

Also need to broadcast the event to others.
