Instructions
Make sure the latest version of FireFox is installed
Make sure the latest version of Greasemonkey is installed
Visit http://github.com/DataSurfer/Anaddire/raw/master/anaddire.user.js in FireFox
Install the script
Make sure you have an LDS account
Visit https://secure.lds.org/units
If you don't have an LDS account, create one
Click [Membership Directory]
Click [with Photos]
The page will take several seconds to load
Once it is done loading Anaddire will reformat the page to maximize use of space on the page
Print the page if you like
