This PR adds the enhanced Rust bindings for Unicorn introduced by BaseSAFE (https://github.com/fgsect/BaseSAFE).
They come with interfaces for the AFL++ API, e.g., afl_fuzz, and with
some useful utility functionalities such as a drop-in heap allocator utilizing Unicorn
hooks for sanitization.
