SCILHS i2b2 PCORnet Transform v0.6.1 (formerly 6.1) for Oracle and MSSQL

Transforms i2b2 data mapped to the SCILHS i2b2 PCORnet ontology v2 into PCORNet tables for PopMedNet queries. This corresponds to CDMv3 with the exception of Death, Death Cause, PRO, and Trial tables.

  • MSSQL Version: Tested internally and being field-tested by sites.
  • Oracle Version: Adapted from MSSQL by collaborators at Wake Forest and not tested by SCILHS Central.
