Where can I place a command to open the browser page for the interface?

I'm trying to get the web ui to automatically launch the browser page for the interface when I open Auto1111. I know there's already a command line argument to do just that, but if I'm not mistaken, that only lets you open the interface in your default browser and I'd like it to open in a specific Opera GX profile instead that I use exclusively for AI related things.

I already figured out how to get the profile in question to load a desired URL via console command. I just need to know where I can paste it in, so that the ui has a chance to load before the page actually opens. Otherwise I have to wait and refresh.

you can put any python script inside stable-diffusion-webui\scripts
and webui will run the script on load

Beautiful, thank you. I'm sure I come off as a complete novice and that's because I am one.
Given time I could learn enough about Python scripts to run the entire shell command from there, but for now I'm simply having it point to the .bat I created to open the browser the way I want.
