How do we create a static url for webui?

I feel like I ought to have figured this out by now, but have not been successful. How do I create a static URL for the webui?
I have a domain and know how to DNS forward etc as well as create exceptions etc for incoming/outgoing ports.

Edit your webui-user.bat file and change

set COMMANDLINE_ARGS=

You can add --listen for local network and --share for gradio link. You can also use --port xxxx to specify a port.

This is it, thank you!
for --listen, it shows an IP of 0.0.0.0, however, it's assuming the IP of the machine it's running on.
