It is better to create a slack - To do list for this.
By the way, We can use https://zeplin.io/
which is a drag and drop tool for designing mock UI. Also, it is free.

@Datta973, does this issue point to just the design template, or the development part as well?
I suggest you to please create different issues for different UI aspects during development.

Been exploring some design templates. I think I can handle the UI part, but not immediately. Need to fix my laptop!

Take your time. I've started working on the API part and pushed a couple of commits today.
It should come handy while you develop the UX.
I'll let you know the URL once I deploy it to a staging instance.
