Depersonalisation/Derealisation Disorder Analysis

The implementation of DPD biomarker discovery system proposed in "Finding neural correlates of depersonalisation/derealisation disorder via explainable CNN-based analysis guided by clinical assessment scores". The original paper can be found on Artificial Intelligence in Medicine.

Prerequisites

The code is based on Python 3.11.3 and TensorFlow 2.15.0.
