DPD Dataset for "Finding neural correlates of depersonalisation/derealisation disorder"

Overview

This release includes the depersonalisation/derealisation disorder (DPD) dataset used in the paper "Finding neural correlates of depersonalisation/derealisation disorder via explainable CNN-based analysis guided by clinical assessment scores," published in Artificial Intelligence in Medicine. The dataset is needed for replicating the results reported in our study and further exploring the neural correlates associated with DPD symptoms through advanced machine learning techniques.

The dataset comprises three numpy arrays, including processed EEG data (X), CDS scores (Y), and user IDs (Z). These arrays are structured to support the use of the network proposed in the paper for identifying and analysing the neural correlates relevant to DPD, guided by clinical assessment scores.
