The configuration gets loaded using the loadconfigobject function, which uses metadata instead of variables.

This pull request moves the challenge configuration to a yaml file and also loads the configuration into the metadata instead of variables which takes stress from the database.
Close #216 once merged.
This reduced the database size around 40 kb! =)
