Add more exr compliance tests and improve error messages #2607

Test more images that have been part of the openexr-images suite for
a while. Three cases:
* New images that weren't in the suite when I first set up these tests.
* Images that were "broken" because of (originally) missing features
in our exr support, that over the years are now supported.
* Images I was unaware of or somehow fell through the cracks.
In the process, improve and uniformize a number of error messages in
oiiotool, iinfo, openexr reading.
