Some fields have disappeared from certain structures, so we need to make adjustments to the various conditional compilation guards. This patch just makes OIIO build against the new libraw, and is intended to be backported to the release branch. This patch does not incorporate any new fields added to libraw structs, representing newly retrieved metadata. A separate PR patch will address the newly added capabilities (TBD whether or not that ends up safe to backport and when).
