Pipeline needs to include step FileManagerSteps.exists (aec5ebf7-7dac-4132-8d58-3a06b4772f79) to ensure the source file exists before proceeding. A missing file should stop the pipeline and produce an exception indicating that the source file does not exist. This should happen at the beginning of the pipeline.

Pipeline needs to have parameters section added.
