Blocking 1dm app not working

Current Behavior

When I log in to the application named 1dm, idm.internet.download.manager on the play store, it is blocked by adaway and the problem is solved when I turn off adaway. 2ndly it blocks saving YouTube history unblock s.youtube.com please thanks.

This happens due to browser itself implementing ads at the bottom.
Issue in v6.1.1. Please fix it

This is not the fault of AdAway, but of a certain blocklist that comes by default.
