Zstd binding for Erlang/Elixir

The current version uses v1.5.4

Usage

zstd:compress(Binary).
zstd:compress(Binary, CompressionLevel).
zstd:decompress(Binary).
1> Compressed = zstd:compress(<<"Hello, World!">>).

2> zstd:decompress(Compressed).
