Jessica and I split up the work fairly evenly. We did the baseline and initial structure together, and then split up the rest to work on as we came across each task. We didn't make a specific plan to do this, but about every 30-45 minutes we'd end up discussing what we were working on and/or helping each other fix bugs. (Usually, to be honest, it was Jessica pointing out my dumb typos when I got frustrated. Thanks Jessica.) We made good use of branches and even solved our first merge conflict with the help of a tutor.

We seemed to have similar work styles & there was not much, if any, conflict. We had plenty of time during class so we did not have to do additional work outside of class. I'm happy with the look and feel of our site, but I do wish we'd had time to standardize the links that appear on the bottom of each page ("back to vendor"/"all vendors" kind of things, etc). Sometimes they're buttons and sometimes they're links, and in some places they are missing. We have all the base functionality but those extra touches would make me happy.

• I worked on adding/editing/deleting markets and vendors, lists of sales and totals, and contributed to overall styling
• I think we worked well as a team because we delegated individual work well (so they wouldn't create a merge conflict), and we were open about issues we were having and were quick to help each other debug and solve problems when we encountered obstacles in our code. I think that helped us move faster along in the project. We also worked well in producing deliverables at our set time constraints. I think we also worked well in aligning our visions for how we wanted our site to work and look.
• Designating a scrum master? Does this count (haha)? Having a scrum master didn't seem to be necessary when we hit our deadlines early/ were only a two person team.
• I think I need to work on making a habit of keeping methods in the model; in the beginning I kept the definition of methods to calculate the total/monthly list of sales in the controller methods before Lauren fixed it. The only other big technical conflict I can think of was one merge conflict, but that was resolved pretty fast! (But I guess I should get more comfortable with confronting those situations)
