Installation and setup process for frontEnd

• down load react- auth- template from github-page
• git clone or download
• un zip the File
• git in it
• replace readme.md file by my own .
• replace react-auth-template in package.json by my project name
• install npm package
• then git and commit
• Run the development server with npm start
