Browsing security - "Proceed anyway" issue

1. Open any page fro phishing/malware filter list:

for example, http://wmconvirus.narod.ru/

Press "Advanced" -> "Proceed anyway".

Expected result: you are forwarded to the page.
Actual result: nothing happens. But if you open the page again in a new window, Safebrowsing will not block it anymore.
