Protection do not pause if a third-party VPN was started.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install third-party VPN (VPNHub, TunnelBear or etc)
  2. Start protection
  3. Start third-party VPN

Expected behavior

Protection was paused while a third party VPN is running

Actual behavior

Protection do not pause if a third-party VPN was started.
