Add kinetic and 5.19 support #750

Add support for kinetic, which is due out in October.
kinetic will be using the 5.19 kernel, so makes sense to get that added

The output below shows that 1.12.0 of evdi works on 5.19, so should be all good

$ dkms status
evdi/1.12.0, 5.15.0-46-generic, x86_64: installed
evdi/1.12.0, 5.19.0-15-generic, x86_64: installed
