  1. Makefiles: replace the use of subst macro with patsubst 

    $(subst .c,.o,...) replaces '.c' with '.o' everywhere in pathnames. For
example, renaming the "Aegisub" folder to "Aegisub.cool" will make the
build system generate "Aegisub.oool/.../.o" objects.
