Welcome to Enhanced Survival - a survival-focused datapack for Minecraft version 1.16.
I made this pack for my own survival experiences as I was finding certain features and late-game content to be lacking. The aim of this pack is to expand upon survival gameplay and fill in some of those gaps.
This should work on multiplayer, however this is untested.
!! Not recommended for hardcore. !!

Channeling - Adds more mobs that can be converted through lightning.

Food - Adds a bunch more craft-able food options.

Gems - Be rewarded for mining in various biomes.

Recipes - Adds more crafting table, stonecutter, and blast furnace recipes.

Shrooms - Special craft-able mushrooms that give you crazy effects.

Weapons - Powerful tools found through loot chests. Contains some custom enchantments.

Misc - Nether quartz loot & composter loot.
The main incompatibility is likely to come from any other pack that changes the vanilla chest loot tables. Other issues may arise for conflicting crafting recipes or CustomModelData values, but these are less likely.

Diamond-based tools keep their custom model data when upgrading to netherite.

Improved Illusioners converted from Witches. They now drop Woodland Mansion loot on death, but are more powerful.

Overhauled Wandering Trader.

Removed crafting recipe for Shulker Shell. Can now buy them from wandering traders.
