Device Configuration Files

Device Configuration Files define how the software interacts with physical devices such as Minsicopes and behavior cameras. These files are written using JSON formatting and, while editable by the user, generally will not need to be changed unless adding new devices.

Supported Devices

Miniscopes

• "Miniscope_V4". This is a V4 Miniscope without a head orientation sensor.
• "Miniscope_V4_BNO". This is a V4 Miniscope with head orientation sensor.
• "Miniscope_V3". This is the previously released, V3 Miniscope.

Cameras

• "MiniCAM". Custom Miniscope behavioral cameras.
• "WebCam". Just a standard webcam.
