Added some new models based on Python using the pyFlux library, and a stub module to write models in R using pyr2.
On the R example I intended to use the forecast package but couldn't because it doesn't support R 3.3.
Will have to wait for the package to catch up since most packages doing ts forecasts in R depend on it.
