R package to easy and fast analysis CyTOF data. It allows straightforward as well as complex assay and visualisation of the data. The program takes FCS files and provides data overview figures in a few seconds. The clustering and manually cell allocating (gating) are done by a few clicks and demand a couple of minutes for the million cells dataset and by regular personal laptop. It is not needed computational or programme skills.
