Document list is not aligend correctly

Describe the bug
The table in the current (maybe also previous) versions of the Content App seems messed up. You can see at 'Modified' column that the header is not aligned with the data cell. Based on what kind of columns you have defined and so on, this can become completely unusable, especially when looking at responsiveness.

Environment

• ACA version: 3.1.0
• ACS version: 7.2

Expected behavior
Ensure, that the column content is aligned with the column header.
