As written, only works in the self-dual case.
The core submodule for wiring diagams was overcrowded.
Also, rename `rem_junctions!` to `rem_junctions` since it doesn't mutate.
Remove unnecessary conversions from expressions to wiring diagrams.

The units and counits are represented using junction nodes. Unlike the cases of diagonals or codiagonals, an implicit representation using only wires is not possible because it would require wires into output ports and wires out of input ports, breaking the important assumption for directed wiring diagrams that wires go from output ports to input ports.
