Also, define covariant and contravariant functors for wiring diagrams.

Sequel to #68. Adds support for wiring diagrams for dagger symmetric monoidal categories, compact closed categories (not necessarily self-dual), dagger compact categories, and bicategories of relations.
Warning: Converting from GAT expressions to these wiring diagrams should work, but going in the other direction does not yet work. This will require a bit more effort.
