🗳️ Digital Voting

The project developed is a digital vote in which the voter can vote in several ballots but only in one option per vote.

For example, given the poll with description "What's your favorite color?" and the voting options: "Blue", "Red" and "Green". The voter can only vote for one of these 3 options. When voting, the vote is counted for the overall vote count and for the count of the chosen voting option.

No "position" restrictions were required for the existing methods, just the authentication restriction so that the system can keep track of the people who have already voted.

The following technologies/patterns were used in this project:

  • C#;
  • ASP .NET Core;
  • .NET 7.0;
  • Entity Framework Core;
  • Dapper;
  • PostgreSQL;
  • JWT authentication;
  • Fluent Validation;
  • CQRS;
  • Repository Pattern;
