WARNING : Still a toy, still pretty buggy and unfinished
Luma is a lisp that compiles to Lua source code. It derives inspiration from the Scheme and Clojure families, and uses a combination of standard library and policy design to encourage a more repl-friendly, functional style of coding.
Luma is written entirely in Lua, depends only on Lua modules except for LPEG, and can be used in most places where Lua is already used.
Luma is known to work with Lua 5.1 and 5.2 as well as LuaJIT. Please
note that version specific features like for example setfenv()
in 5.1 and
native integers in 5.3 do bubble up into Luma code, so it is important to keep
track of what language you target.

Luma uses Luarocks for dependency management and installation.

Tests are written using the Busted framework. Get it from luarocks using:
