Plan upcoming improvements around SBOM

@KAWAHARA-souta brought an interesting topic that has been around for some time now since we're providing SBOM data and alma-sbom.

In a nutshell, we'd like to generate SBOMs for an AlmaLinux installed system, ISOs, etc, and we'd need to extend the data we're actually storing into ImmuDB.

This ticket is about diving into the topic and provide a tentative plan for it to happen
