We have used Twilio, Python, Flask
Twilio: this API helps us to send SMS in a matter of seconds without making the user wait. It is mostly used for SMS
Python: We have used Python for the backend, with help of TextBlob for sentimental analysis, We can't predict all the inputs of users so with TextBlob we can see if the text is negative or positive and deliver them the corresponding text from our database!
Flask: The website is made with Flask and Repl for hosting
