做了两处改动：
1、新增一个GithubAction Flow：pypi.yml
2、修改了setup.py，为其增加了一个新参数 --auto-increment-version 共action使用，可以跳过输入自动自增版本号。
当然，手动调用也可以：
python setup.py bdist_wheel --auto-increment-version
