For the issues, these points are to consider

• The issues are mainly used for the scrum process
• The issues tagged with User Story are user stories and may be part of a milestone.
• A milestone is equivalent to a sprint.
• A user story must contain a story, the story points, and a checklist with all contained Tasks(with references to the issue)
• A user story should be created with the User Story issue template.
• The issued tagged with Task are tasks and need to describe what needs to be done.
• When closing a task the appropriate check box of the story must be checked.
• A user story can only be closed, when all check boxes are checked.
