Asynchronous multi-channel chat logger for hack.chat instances.

Setup:

$ python -m venv .venv
$ source .venv/bin/activate
(.venv) $ pip install -r requirements.txt
- Edit config.yml with your preferred editor

Start:

$ source .venv/bin/activate
(.venv) $ python shinobi

Notes:

- Shinobi is asynchronous and can log multiple channels concurrently on a single thread.
- Each join is delayed slightly (30 seconds by default) to avoid being ratelimited.
- Log files are created in logs/ and named according to the channels deployed to.
- Setting the 'nick' option to 'RANDOM' will generate a random numeric nickname.
- Linebreaks in messages are replaced with '<LB>'

Example log:

$ cat logs/testchannel.log
