Port of Roboron3042's Cyberpunk Neon theme for Kakoune

I have started using a different editor for a while and I have had very little desire to develop or maintain this plugin ever since. I would like to thank everyone that used this and I am very glad that people other than I have enjoyed this color scheme.
Put the following in your kakrc:
plug Anomalocaridid/kakoune-cyberpunk-neon theme config %{
colorscheme cyberpunk-neon
}
Copy the cyberpunk-neon.kak file into ~/.config/kak/colors and put colorscheme cyberpunk-neon in your kakrc.
Configure the powerline plugin in your kakrc like so:
plug andreyorst/powerline.kak defer powerline %{
powerline-theme cyberpunk-neon
} config %{
powerline-start
}
