BBB-PEP-Prediction

This project contains the code and dataset for BBB peptides prediction To use this project adopt the following steps

1. Download the code and files.
2. Upload all Python files with an extension of .py.
3. Upload Feature Vectors on Colab for respective .py files.
4. Run all the code after doing step 3.
5. The saved models are attached as well for independent set testing.

This project operates under a common creative license for all the files except the Sequences file and Blending code from bbb_5_cvtesting.py and bbb_10_cvtesting.py files
