This PR is opened, by RTE-I, to present RTE, work done on Hydro-Clusters CR
(UI & read/write to files part ONLY. There is a separate branch for solver/logic).

Notes:

  • CR is way behind the last develop branch and will be almost impossible to merge
  • New hydro options have been developed in the meantime (hydro min generation, hopefully soon hydro final reservoir levels & hydro max gen/pump). They are not part of hydro clusters.
  • Scenario-builder, correlation matrix, and button/option whether to use hydro or hydro clusters (something similar to renewables) have not been developed yet.
