Icons are gone in the playlist

Since the newest update (0.9.9.3) all episodes that do not have separate icon have no icon at all. In the versions before they had the icon of the podcast they belong to. The podcasts themselves still have their icons.

Could you post the URL of a feed that has this issue, please?

Most of my feeds are suffering from this, e.g.:
http://www.jungundnaiv-podcast.de/feed/mp3
http://rss.teamblind.de/dradio_europaheute.php

Some are not affected:
http://blog.richter.fm/category/podcast/feed
http://www.wrint.de/feed/podcast/

I think that is because the last ones have an images associated to each episode. All feeds were subscribed before the update.

@kgraefe I experienced same here, but I recognize just all my downloaded episodes have no icon.
can you check/confirm this?

I'm not sure if I understand your question, but I am downloading instead of streaming the episodes, too.

This bug only affects downloaded episodes and should be fixed in the next version.

Is it fixed in the nightly version?
I'm using the nightly version, and I still have the issue with this feed:

@heckler01 The episodes images of the feeds that @kgraefe posted should work in the latest nightly build.
The problem with the feed that you have posted seems to be caused by the bug that was reported here (AntennaPod is using the picasso library since the latest version): square/picasso#364
