Numeric row is always displayed from above and is not switched off

I went through all the settings but did not find an option to disable it.
It is strange that in the screenshots of the current keyboard when choosing a layout or setting the top row is always displayed as it should be - without the top row of numbers, but when you start printing, the top row of digits is displayed.

This is a problem for portrait mode with a small smartphone screen. I want to see more lines of input text, and I don't want to waste space on an unnecessary line of numbers.

Try opening the ASK app, and then UI → Tweaks and more → Common top generic row, and then select No top row.
