CakeROP Installer v1.1 for rxTools.

This is my modified version of CakesROP by mid-kid. I've recompiled it to use rxTools.dat instead of cakes.dat.

This version is needed to launch new CakeHAX version of rxTools. I've updated the spiderhax rop installer but I have not tested it.

Changelog:

1. Updated to have latest changes from official branch.
2. Updated NDS rop installer and spiderhax rop installer to add 6.x MSET support.

Refer to official fork for the full details on what has been changed. (besides the modifications I've done myself to tailor this to rxTools)
