Add SingleCopter and CoaxCopter to list of FRAME_CLASS #1552

The Initial Setup >> Mandatory Hardware >> Frame Type screen's FRAME_CLASS selector is missing "8: Single Copter" and "9: CoaxCopter".

Of course, someone needs to come up with the icons.. I'll try and find someone to do that.
