LogBrowse: display extra info from params with log items #2735

This adds a couple of things to the log review tool.

the AP version string is added to the log window, like the main MP window when connected to a vehicle.
RCOut log displays the servo function name in a tool tip and in the graph label.

Only done RCOut so far, but would be easy to add labels for RCx_OPTIONS on rc input and IMU types for IMUs and compasses.
